Condemns NY Shooting Click here for details The National Coalition for Life and Peace is a coalition of pro-life organizations and individuals who oppose abortion-related violence. We know that there are many peaceful, legal efforts pro-life people can use that are many times more effective in promoting the right to life. We oppose extremist acts of violence by people such as Eric Robert Rudolph (alledgedly responsible for the Birmingham clinic bombing) and whomever is responsible for the shooting death of abortion practitioner Barnett Slepian. We also do not support web sites such as the The Nuremberg Files, which has been all over the news recently. Violence is never a solution the pro-life movement should advocate and people who support it are not allies with us in protecting the right to life.
